International Customers - Shipping Costs - Duties & Taxes
Duties, taxes, any import or handling fees are your responsibility to pay. These usually need to
be paid when your shipment arrives. Different shippers may charge different fees for handling or
importing costs. To determine your costs, please contact your government, or local Postal Service,
UPS or FedEx office. Also, please contact us and we can assist you in determining the best
method of shipping.

Shipping costs depend on the package size, the value, and the destination. Some shippers have
limitations on the package size and value the package can be insured for.

Postal Services - This is typically the least expensive with a delivery time of about 6 days.
We offer a special rate to many countries of $80.00 - $100.00 with insurance. Please check
with us to see if your destination qualifies for this rate.

We also offer UPS shipping and Fed Ex with typical delivery of 2-3 days. Cost usually starts
around $225. Please check with us for expedited shipping cost to your destination.

Most countries have a size limitation of 60" in length and a maximum size of 108" of length
plus girth. All of our basses and guitars (except the Blackhawk) fit in a carton that is under 108".

We can also ship instruments safely without a hardshell case. This means the instrument
can be packaged in a smaller carton with less weight. This can make a big difference in
shipping costs to some countries and the amount that can be saved can be more than
the hardshell case is worth.

Our standard Package size for the guitar and bass in the hardshell case is 52" x 21" x 6".
The total length and girth is 106". The guitar package weighs about 23 pounds and the
bass weighs about 26 pounds.

Delivery Time
Though "stock" instruments are available most instruments will be made per the order due to the amount of colors and options available. Unless it is an abnormal order, most delivery times are about 4 weeks.
